how does it work?

An EPS pre-expander machine is a piece of equipment used to expand raw polystyrene beads into larger, lightweight EPS foam beads. This process is called pre-expansion and involves heating the polystyrene beads with steam to a specific temperature and pressure, causing them to expand and release their pent-up gas.

During pre-expansion, the EPS pre-expander machine uses a series of valves and other components to control the temperature, pressure, and steam flow to the polystyrene beads. By carefully controlling these factors, the machine can produce expanded beads of the desired size and density.
